that's not true, all screened legal immigrants are fine.

I've read that the voter turnout last night was 57% nationally which is pretty equivalent to 2012 where the voter turnout was about 57% down from 60.4% in the 2008 election, so I don't think this was a case of voter apathy leading to a presidential upset.
