I'd finish my list later, but I've flown on a HS-748 and Dash 7 before.

Depends. I'd say no if they're stable and not deteriorating. Trying to walk 20 people on the verge of passing out down from the height of a 380 door is potentially worse than rolling people down a jetway who are slightly further along on the course of passing out. Especially if there's any mobility issues involved.

I've dealt with this exact dilemma at YEG of a medical coming in and WestJet not having a gate for them, then trying to assess the feasibility of getting an 80 year old down airstairs. EMS and WestJet ops in communication with the flight crew made the call, and they ended up waiting 10 minutes for Air Canada to take their sweet time pushing off a gate. That was right after the McMurray fire and it was unusually busy here with relief flights and what not.

If I'm flying that plane I am staying behind the securely locked cockpit door to ensure the safety of the aircraft.

They will need to come up with a different agreement with the pilots before proceeding with any wide body expansion plans. They can continue present operations (more or less), they just won't be able to expand the fleet.

One of these and another military looking helicopter just flew low over my house in the southwest! What's up with that??? Prepping for a Stamps game flyover???

Yeah, that was loud. We are on the approach for STARS to the Rockyview so we are used to hearing helicopters, but those babies shook the house.

US Army Blackhawks and Chinooks rotating out from Alaska. Not for the Stamps game.

WestJet Encore flight 3105 from YVR to Prince George is having an issue with its front landing gear. Currently flying around the Prince George area. Tweets form a reporter in Prince George indicate they will attempt to land shortly.
Nose gear not down, or partially down or not locked is not the end of the world. I'd expect a nice landing keeping the nose off for as long as possible before gently lowering it down to the runway.
