Much better under Hartley? You mean the guy that coached them all the way to 24th? Or was it 25?
Gulutzan may not be the answer, but Hartley clearly wasn't. Move on.

We can talk about coaching or effort, but for me the issue with this team time and time again is they make the worst decisions with puck. Who and where they decide to pass to, decisions to try air born passes, poor decisions on when to shoot or pass. It was the same last year.
Most nights I think the effort is there, and at this point, I think their structure is pretty sound. But their decision making night in night out is god awful, and it's almost every single one of them. They have no ability to make reasonable decision at game speed.
