I think I read somewhere that they generally only press charges for that kind of thing in the most extreme of cases, like terrorism or something.

I wouldn't want them too really. People coming to America illegally are looking for a better way of life, and undocumented workers generally help fuel the economy. Just look at places like California.

Agreed, waste of tax dollars for the Justice System....

However, this isn't the issue to me. She is the wife of a presidential candidate who takes a hard line against illegal immigration and she may of came into the nation illegally and worked.

It does matter and isn't just meaningless conversation.

When someone is married to a presidential candidate, their actions and views reflect on the candidate. If they act in a way 100% polar opposite to what their spouse is preaching, it matters.

This applies to both Hillary and Trump of course. I read a post few pages back that implied what the candidate spouses do is simply a distraction from the real issues. I disagree with this.

Yes for sure it totally matters. It's pure hypocrisy and should be called out for what it is.

The best part of my Sunday, when the day is still fresh, my coffee is still hot and I have a full day of possibility in front of me.

Beats future me 8 hours from now when I wasn't productive enough all day.

Seems Trump's aides have managed to wrest control of Trump's twitter account away from him recently. Having to teach a 70 year old how to behave is bad enough without that person being a polling error away from president.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/07/us...tial-race.html

EDIT: Other interesting part (other than all his aides showing no loyalty and discussing all this stuff) was Ivanka not allowing an ad to be played as it would hurt her brand.

Yeah, that was telling. Her acknowledging that this campaign is detrimental to the Trump name.

I just watched that. It was a reasonable analysis of Trump and his faults. Problem is, you can't un-stupid stupid people, and the stupid people are going to vote for him no matter what.

Pointing out that a guy is a racist, sexist creep doesn't turn off racist sexist creeps. There's nothing wrong with being a racist, sexist creep, if you are one.

Thought the email release likely had minimal affect on the polling as Clinton only lost .4% support over the week.

Wow Comey...you could have looked at things for a week and a half and simply said nothing. Instead you tried to hand the election to Trump and the GOP. I hope this isn't too late. Asshat.

betting odds have gone back over 81% for Clinton in the last 4 hours.

Just climbed over 82.

Haha and Trump without his twitter, he must be going nuts.

Imagine a word where everyone calmly waited for the real result instead of dropping bombshells all week long.

Problem is that there has been a lot of advance voting before today's statement. Hopefully it doesn't hurt her too much.
