Bro-dano needs to be a thing!
Bang on about the 40 game mark about Tkachuk.

Can't say enough about the goaltending.

Before playing a call up, I'd like to see some more Freddie Hamilton. He's not a star, but he can do some things the Flames need.

The division is there for the taking this year. A functional top line, and league average special teams (2 issues not completely unrelated) makes this team a contender.

No, no. Stop with that nonsense. Giordano and Brodie should play together but what you're saying needs to stop.

I am very, very intersted to see which forward teh Flames call up (assuming they do).
Agree that Burns was the goal, that was just a horrible play by a veteran to leave Tkachuk so alone. Good on Flames for capitalizing.

 Thought Giordano started playing well.

Engelland is this team's #3 defenceman. He keeps playing like this, he will have value at the deadline. Will be interesting to see what the Flames do with him.

Sure do wish Monahan and Gaudreau could get going. This team has the potential to be a real force offensively by rolling 4 really solid lines. There's a key piece missing from the top line and I hope GG and BT figure it out sooner rather than later. With the goaltending the flames have desperately needed since the Kipper days, there's so much potential in this team.

The Flames are a very good hockey team when Giordano and Brodie play together.
They don't always appear to be when those two are not together.

Oh, and on that note, Hamilton and Jokipakka were rock-solid too.

And Engelland is the perfect, big, physical, steady partner for Kulak.

Please, Mr Gulutzan, don't change anything.

Is there anyone on the farm who might help? I have my doubts...
I keep (stupidly) wishing Radulov had been signed to be that guy.

I think the merit choice is Klimchuk.I think the sexy choice would be Jankowski but he'd be out of position.
I think the logic choice based on experience is Shinkaruk.
I think the boring choice would be Hathaway.
I think the odd choice would be Gillies.

I expect they will need him for the playoffs. I think it is great that Engelland is playing well now, but he will be all the more important in the post season for this team.
