Not just swept, but looked like they should be holding the broom. Good stuff

Reffing was a joke.
?? His thread didn't get locked.

And I have no idea how that wasn't called. It was so blatant,

I'm surprised a ref didn't slide in front of the net and block Johnnys ENG

Once the first line gets going this team is going to be really good. Finally played a physical game that led to chances, made tape to tape passes and got the stops from Elliott. Great game from Bennett too. Can't wait to see more from THIS team. Go Flames!

I thought Wideman played really well. He pretty slow, but he's smart, so as long as he doesn't do anything stupid and plays angles he'll be fine. I thought the play he made that led to the last goal was awesome.

Sure is nice seeing Elliott settle down. He's looked great the past 24 hours.

Not many passengers tonight. When Brodie and Johnny (and Hamilton too) bring their 'A' games they should be in good shape.

I was wrong last night when I said Elliot totally stole the game. The entire team played really well last night, including Elliot.

And the entire team has played magnificently well tonight, as has Elliot. Gigantic shift put in by the boys in the 2nd of a back to back.

Well done! Looks like we've found our groove.

Also wanted to comment on the physicality of this team. The last few games have been easily the most physical for the better part of a decade, I thoroughly enjoy it.

The team is deeper, and that's going to help a lot. Once the other teams figure out that, Johnny will get more room too.

3-4-1 after 8 games. It's not great, but it's a start.
