Solid effort all around and the PP came up big, finally.
CP can rest easy tonight.
Huh. I recognize those two from that Chappie movie. I didn't know they were a musical thing.

Oh yeah, so Dougie Hamilton had the most hits in the game, along with his brother Freddie

They're very weird... not my sort of music but so be it.
They're also surprisingly committed to their characters, considering they've had different groups in the past with completely different personas. Like their straight business group Max Normal before they made it big as Die Antwoord.

Goalies made all the saves except for Versteeg in the 7th round.

Man Brodie so close to the goat tonight. His shift on the own goal was amazingly bad!

Yay!! That was the Elliott we've been waiting for. I hope he starts rolling from here on because we need him.
Johnny looked great. Ferly played the kind of game he needs to be effective.
If we can pull off another win tomorrow it will give us all confidence during this next stretch of games.

None of the saves were particularly worth watching, beyond two posts (Gio and Brouwer)
Versteeg's goal was borderline, in my opinion the puck did go backwards and I would be annoyed if that goal counted against us. But it happened in one continuous deke so I guess it was fluid enough to count. Regardless, always nice to see players score against their old teams.
