Bob may not have been a great systems coach, but he was a motivator. I would listen to his interviews and I would want to apply his messages to my daily life. I could see where players would go through a wall after he fired them up.
Glen Gulutzan looks and sounds like he's a human Valium. I listen to Gulutzan and I want Derek Wills to start talking again. That can't happen.
