Our powerplay entry strategy needs to change. The drop pass to Gaudreau with speed doesn't work when the rest can't do anything but stop at the blueline and wait for the pass along the boards. And the passes to the boards never connect because the players can't go until the puck crosses the blue line leaving them a step behind the rest. It's way too predictable and easy to stop.

Flames have blues x 2, hawks x 2, caps, sharks, send in their next 7 games. Season could be done before the 2nd week of the season. It's a process, what if the process is flawed ??

This, for me, is what's so gorram frustrating. AFter Hiller and Ramo utterly fecallated the bed last year, we were promised this amazing goalie, who had one of the best save percentages in the last 5 years.
And then on the ice we get Hiller again. Even the same jersey number.

Since I couldn't watch, were they doing the drop pass thing again? Or did the yelling fix that? I mean, if GG can pick at these problems one at a time, maybe there is hope.
