This thread speaks volumes about the psyche of fans here...
Every single one of our top players is listed
A fan base will/should work much like the markets: lots of different opinions that result in what is usually the best guess of value. Assuming that's true, or even mostly true, then the general, aggregate view of each player should be expected to be reasonably accurate.
So either fans have some serious inferiority complexes, or everyone thinks the definition of over-rated means: the overall view differs from my personal view.

It's fairly subjective especially when a large portion of the posters drink a lot of alcohol every game. I was watching a game sober and I realized how much it clouds peoples judgement here, a player can have a fairly decent game and then one mistake will stick out in someones mind and stay in their memory. I think a lot of us (including myself) are guilty of that.

I would like to see the Flames offer a lottery where a poster from this can play a game a shinny against their "overrated" player. Maybe there would be a bit more respect to their talent.
