@GeorgeTakei

I hear the bathrooms in Trump Tower are being relabeled "Bad Hombres" and "Nasty Women."

Trump is utterly and completely out of his depth. Hillary is a pretty typical politician, plenty of skeletons in the closet, a lot of convenient "change of heart" moments and whatnot. But she's intelligent and generally seems to have a clue of what she's speaking about. She understands the issues, even if you don't agree with her stance on them, she can at least speak clearly and coherently about them.

Trump just spouts off whatever random phrases he feels will fire up his base.

The head of Microsoft isn't running for President.
She also has the charisma of a reheated bowl of spaghetti and marinara.

Charisma is a perk in a politician, not a requirement.

If the former chairman of Microsoft was running for POTUS would you chastise him for his business practices? As for Hillary being competent the only thing she is competent in doing is helping herself. Probably the most corrupt politician ever to run for office, man if I was American I would have to throw away my vote and pick anyone but Hillary or Trump.

They are both the product of what has gone wrong in America in my humble opinion.

It's unbelievable to me you don't think Hillary does the same, she is just way more polished at it. Obama himself said Hillary will say and do anything to get elected, he was right.

Yup, we can talk about style, we can talk about evading questions, we can talk about interruptions, sniffing, body language, but that's all fluff. A debate isn't a rally where you can win with empty slogans and repeated lies, and the debates have shown that's all he has.

He had 3 chances to show that he can be president. Controlled, prepared, and thoughtful. He showed he is incapable of doing those for a 90 minute debate, let alone 4 years.

At least in groups larger than 3 or 4.. so many people remark on how much charisma she has when she doesn't feel she has to be "on".

But yeah she's like the anti-Michelle Obama in Charisma.

Trump on policy is the equivalent of searing a piece of meat and then forgetting to put it in the oven. Surface deep preparation.

But the stakes are high in this election, excessively high. I cannot in good conscience throw my vote away and give power to Trump--and more importantly Pence and the Republican party, whose platform is intensely offensive from top to bottom. Trump is a blowhard idiot who doesn't actually know what he's speaking about, but Pence is not. Pence is on par with Cheney in terms of dangers, perhaps not in terms of putting us into another unwinnable war, but certainly with the rights of myself and the people I know (women, people of color, people in the LGBT community) being put at risk.

The GOP longs for the days of the 1950s, and we cannot go back to those days. A throwaway vote prevents that. Hillary is far from perfect, but at least it's not regressing 60 years of history. Trump--and Pence especially--would ensure that the SCOTUS is full of judges that would push us back to those values, limiting the rights of women, of gay people, of trans people, etc. The SCOTUS judges chosen by the next president will shape policy in this country for the next 20+ years. The values of the GOP are appalling to me, and far beyond Trump, I will do anything in my power to keep those people from controlling the future of the country I live in.

Of course that helps, obviously. But actual knowledge of the issues at hand is more important.

Here's a clip from the immediate reaction. They're not crushing him, but they're at least looking at it objectively, for the most part.

They'll show up on Youtube pretty quickly.

Anyway I mentioned this before I don't understand the angst over this election Hillary IS going to win and quite easily. In fact I called it 3 years ago I told a few friends about my prediction and they were like, no way can't see that happening.

Even on Roe v. Wade, he's against the vast majority of what Americans want. The vast majority do not want it completely overturned.

One more thing about Trump's refusal to accept the outcome of the election. The reasons had nothing to do with what one might expect (voting machine tampering, voter fraud, etc.). It was because the media has been unfair, and because Clinton should not have run in the first place. There's no 'wait and see' there; if he's already made up his mind that it's rigged because his opponent should not have been allowed to run, no amount of oversight or no lack of credible claims of fraud is going to take that position away from him.
