Nice work by Dougie there vs Eriksson.

The more I watch Jokipakka the more I see a very intelligent defender with a bit of jam to his game. Very excited we got him back in the Russell trade.

It's like an empty net goal against. Miller is still 100%. 6 Canucks get minuses.

I guess it goes without saying but clearly the Flames structure holds much better against a slow team.

1st line is waking up, still a little groggy but at least they're not in full REM like they were against the Oilers.

I'm sorry but Bennett is not ready to be a Center not even close. He plays exactly like a winger.

It also helps not having Grossman and Wideman. One slow defenceman is enough.

Calgary looks really bad and Vancouver looks way worse. I didn't think an NHL team could like worse than the Flames yesterday. I was wrong.

Vancouver might even be the slowest team in the league. Only based on this period of course but they don't look very good at all.

He might not be ready but he has to learn somehow. He isn't playing 1st line minutes or anything so i am not worried about Bennett. It is game 3 of his 2nd season, he will only learn and get better. No need to worry about him playing centre.

I guess everyone who plays for the Bruins long enough learns how to score on the Canucks in this building.
