Same tap you see on literally every breakaway (with a player within sticks reach). And Elliot had already poke-checked the puck away (ie. shouldn't have been a penalty shot, even if you wanted to call a ridiculous hook).

Just a thought. Outside of Elloitte Friedman are there any unbiased reporters working for sportsnet? Most reporters just seem to be all over the McDavid and Matthews hype train. I almost forgot that Ottawa won and Quick starting a fight and injuring himself should be big news IMO.
