I've defended Wideman a lot and I take it all back. He is too slow. I'd rather give him defensive zone starts if that makes any sense at all... Engelland serves a purpose. But to have Wideman, Engelland, and Grossman all dressed at the same time is a mistake.

That they are losing does not bother me. It's how they are losing. Goaltending looks worse than last year. Defense is a joke. Coaching looks clueless(see defensive pairing and pre-season prep). I guess we can write it off till they get properly prepared to play / say 10-15 games in.
