The moderation while trying to tougher is imbalanced against Trump but you have to agree he is in more need of moderation than Clinton. By the same token, the mods don't want to cut her off when she is on topic.

They're just trying to get him to answer the actual questions, as far as I can tell. I actually don't disagree that the moderators shouldn't get down into the fray with the candidates, but there isn't any "unfairness" here. It's just that Donald can't figure out the format, so he gets dinged a bit more often. He's all over the place.
