AltaGuy has a magnetic personality and exudes positive energy, which is infectious to those around him. He has an unparalleled ability to communicate with people, whether he is speaking to a room of three or an arena of 30,000.
My main concerns are worsening race relations, a massive increase of incompatible migrants, dangerous interventionism and an unfavourable SCOTUS pick.
Trump supports Stop and Frisk, which was proven to excessively target minorities. It was also deemed unconstitutional.
He just yesterday said that the Central Park Five were guilty--despite the fact that they had been exonerated by DNA evidence.
He's called Mexicans criminals and rapists.
So you really think race relations are going to be better under Trump than under Hillary?
The US does an incredibly thorough check of refugees that it allows into the country. Stricter than pretty much any other acceptance into the US. Also the last few terror attacks in the US were done by either US citizens or legal permanent residents. You're not going to stop all terrorists, especially when they're homegrown. Trump will not fix this any more than Clinton can. A ban on Muslim immigrants would be found unconstitutional, and would merely make Muslims already in the US more likely to radicalize. Trump's "plan" does not fix this problem.
Trump wants to pull out of NATO. Interventionism isn't worse than pissing off all of our allies around the world.
"Unfavorable SCOTUS pick" based on what? Based on the fact that Clinton would pick someone who would uphold equal rights, hopefully stop Citizens United, wouldn't attempt to infringe on the Constitutional right to an abortion by repealing Roe v Wade, etc, etc. Trump/Pence's SCOTUS picks would be far worse for basically anyone except straight white upper middle class Christian men.
Clinton will essentially be a continuation of what Obama has done for 8 years. Slow trajectory forward--though if Dems can regain some power in the House/Senate, that might move along much quicker.

A friend whom CNN anchor Erin Burnett has known for years recounted an experience she had with Trump in 2010 that echoes his words in the tape that surfaced Friday.
In March 2010, the woman -- who asked not to be identified -- met Trump in a boardroom in Trump Tower.
Another man -- a colleague of Burnett's friend -- was in the boardroom at the time of the incident.
The woman told Burnett: "Trump took Tic Tacs, suggested I take them also. He then leaned in, catching me off guard, and kissed me almost on lips. I was really freaked out. ... After (the meeting), Trump asked me to come into his office alone. Was really unsure what to do. ... Figured I could handle myself. Anyway, once in his office he kept telling me how special I am and gave me his cell, asked me to call him. I ran the hell out of there."

The other man who was in the boardroom in Trump Tower confirms the alleged 2010 exchange between Trump and the woman occurred.
Scott Baio on Fox: "Ladies, this is what guys talk about when you're not around. So if you're offended by it, grow up." "This is the way the world works, it's not a big thing."

Trump will be out of the race by the middle of the week at the latest. The Republicans are circling the wagons and prepping for the extreme. They are expecting to see worse tapes come forward as the week starts. Trump went nuclear, on himself.

Scott Baio's twitter is getting really scary, he's digging himself a hole. Might be buried by tomorrow.

And...the GOP has cut off all funding for Trump and will divert everything down ticket. It is the long awaited splintering of the Republican party.
Same thing they did with Dole when the prospect of a win disappeared. I'd like to believe it is because Trump is scum but they already knew that before yesterday. It's only because they can't put a W in the president column and the ticket is going to hamper the efforts to maintain control of the senate and congress.
Love watching the cockroaches scatter when the lights turned on. These idiots have been feeding their base a steady diet of racism and flat out lies for 10 years. Wish the house and senate would flip.

Congress may be hard but good chance the senate flips.

I halfway wonder if the prospect of Trump going nuclear in retaliation is at all possible. By that I mean insinuating that his deplorable alt-right followers not vote for the down ballot candidates. Yeah, they did the same thing with Dole... but Dole was a good party man & didn't take it personally IIRC. Trump is neither (a party man or prone to not take things personally).

I have no doubt Trump could go nuclear and by doing so he'll keep the deplorables vote and they'll do what he says. He really only needs to shift a few percentage of the votes away from the GOP or have them not vote at all and it could be a monumental landslide everywhere for the democrats.
