Apparently it's more people than not. So many people think this is phony, and I would imagine that's because of the Ryan Lochte mess that just happened combined the the Kardashian reputation for publicity hounding.

Man you guys are pretty hostile towards celebrities.
What causes all this deep-seated untapped rage? Did Kim Kardashian turn you down at a high school dance or what?
Not hostile, just approach with a healthy dose of skepticism. They are some of Hollywood's biggest attention whores, capable of all kinds of weird disingenuous behaviour. So when I hear about stuff like this, forgive me if my first reaction is

Yes next question I don't want to talk about it, quit looking at me like that. Ok her name was Kim anyways and that's close enough for me to be surly about all girls named Kim.

Spoiler!
I don't follow celebrity news, but this sounds entertaining. What other stunts like this have they pulled? I assume their popularity is pretty low right now in order to stoop to faking an armed robbery?

Not to lend credence to the "staged robbery" theory, but the whole Taylor Swift beef appeared to be fairly contrived/planned out.

As long as you are also okay with literally literally meaning figuratively too.
it was done to spare thousands from the horrors of a kanye west concert.
given who was involved it is hard for the CP collective to not make snide/sarcastic remarks as it is hard to truly believe this is "real life event"; however, I look forward to seeing it portrayed as an event on LAw & Order: SVU sometime during the February Sweeps.
