I do not know how anyone can grade the potential president on a curve.

I dunno. I just don't see how Trump doing terribly will hurt him at all.
It hasn't so far, what makes this any different?

Trump on CNN says he is very happy he held back on mentioning Bill Clinton's digressions during the debate, due to his respect for Chealsea Clinton. Didn't want to say what he was going to say.. might say it during the next debate.
What a clown...

Agree, this is more about has she picked up any of the available voters.

If she hasn't, Obama needs to start replacing the water pipes in swing states like, tomorrow.

Sure, but she was first lady at the time. She had no influence on that policy. Again, congress drafts the bills and makes the law. I think that Clinton would have bounced that back on him and blamed GLBA on the likes of Trump. Would have been an interesting exchange. Damn!

I don't get the ragging on Clinton for being robotic, scripted and boring. I just don't get how that's a knock.

Maybe, but isn't being a baffoon who says nothing, yells over moderators, and insults people exactly what all his supporters love him for? How would this change anyone's opinion of either of them?

Can't do that. That's how you get more Republican voters.

I honestly don't know how much it moved the needle for either candidate.
Trump had some decent moments where he was talking about trade deals and not needing to be the "world police". But he came across as just about everyone expected him to. He definitely made some statements where you had no idea what he was talking about.
Clinton articulated some of her ideas much better than Trump and definitely looked more presidential. She has that unfunny inlaw vibe that comes across when she tries to sound more clever than she really is, but just makes you cringe instead.

There's this weird view people get where since Donald is acting like a glue sniffing maniac they see someone acting with poise and composure and say "ugh, she's so robotic." He dragged the bar stupidly low and now anyone who doesn't fling poo seems stuffy.
