Good to see some nice comments on Philips. I was expecting a bit more in the young guns games.

There has alrrady been more work done in this practice in terms of drills than the entire one last year.

A lot more prepared on the ice. Not a lot of wasted time skating every five minutes after almost every drill

If the flames were expecting to be in the patrick sweeps this year you would likely see kylington play in the nhl most of the season to get exp against nhlers. Cant afford his occasional lapses now though.

Kulak hamilton hathaway all nhl calibre in depth roles.

Higgins kravchenko and grigoriev are all mediocre. Vey and frattin are ahl quality.

Bailey has flashes of something being there and then does something poor. Pollock needs time in the a

Falkovsky is slowish but has a lot to like. Could see him making the nhl in 2-3 yrs

Frolik and parsons have been great as have engelland and brodie.

Frolik is back. Haven't seen him on the ice yet. Brodie looks in mid season form. Great outlet pass.

Grigorev is mediocre. Has problems handling the puck, and doesn't appear to be the greatest skater.

Hathaway has a solid pass and a nose for the net. Is a great option for the Flames' energy line.
