Rinne should Not start the 3rd. He can't keep up with this game.

That was a dominant period from Team NA.

One thing about Team NA is that - like Canada - they have 4 great lines, so they can just keep rolling them, give each line roughly 5 minutes a period, and just go balls to the wall all the time.
Other teams (other than Canada) have weaker lines and try to manage ice-time and situations. Sooner or later, that breaks down.

Speed kills. Team North America is just way too fast and they are confusing Team Finland and Pekka Rinne. Wow!!

I think Canada would dominate this team. It's not like they're a slow team. Tons of skill, great defensively, big, well coached, and they've got the best goalie in the game.

I don't care if they don't talk much about Gaudreau. I don't care if he plays too little. It's contract negotiation time, and I cheer for the Flames first and foremost.

Eichel-Gaudreau will be a nightmare combo at the next one of these on the US team.

They said the stats come out after the game, doughty skated about 6 kms perry and mcd top speed of 37 k tracks the speed and total distance the puck moves

I'm also really enjoying Ron McLean back in his old position as moderator of the panel.

Love Elliott's shout out to the 78 Netherlands team. Got screwed out of the World Cup.

This panel is great. Kypreos has matured into a solid analyst. Hrudey is great. And Elliott is awesome.
They also work well together - there doesn't appear to be any silly personality clashes like with Kypreos and McLean, or Healy and everybody.
