Flames 2016-17 Jerseys/Uniforms Going Retro?

No more black and blue on my Flames jerseys please.

While we're at it lets take the black off of the stamps jerseys too

I didn't even realize the thread title mentioned this coming season (or didn't clue in that it's 2016). I assumed we were talking next year.

If they were changing it for this season, we would have definitely heard something before now. It's not like a change like that can just be sprung on everyone at the last minute.

True, thats more of a major change but they did introduce the thirds just a few games into the 2013-2014 season so I guess you never know. But yeah, far more likely they make changes next year along with the other teams making changes with the switch to Adidas, etc

Yeah, but we knew they were coming long before they actually introduced them. We just didn't know what they'd look like.

They are, its another complaint in the long list of Flames jersey errors. When you put it on you are guaranteed to look like a child.

Finding out about retro colouring on season ticket packages and other official Flames info has me more excited about potential Flames branding changes in 2017-18, rather than this upcoming season.

The thirds look way better in game action than I thought they would. They've got better numbers, better letters, better shoulder patches, and better striping.

If we went retro full time and kept the thirds where they are I'd be happy.

Please help. In one of the threads someone mentioned they would love to have an Aksarben Knights jersey. I can not remember who this person was and can not find the thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Think it was a which jersey should I wear when I come to the dome thread.

I wouldn't have known as the ones I own are actually from the early 90's. Now I will be sure to pay attention to anybody wearing a retro to see if they have the abnormally large flaming C lol.
