That heavy hunk of foam covered in weather-proof naugahyde is going to run you ~$500.
It sucks but it has to be done once in awhile.

Yeah, I don't mind replacing it but they've quoted me $999 for the Artic Spa cover (the same one that came with it), or $699 for another one they stock called an alpine cover. Just seems excessive and was wondering if there are any other companies I could just the dimensions of the hot tub and could provide me with something that would do the same trick.

I bought mine on walmart.ca. Think it was $280ish delivered to my door. About a 1/3 of Paradise Bay price for lid for my Hot Tub. I bought my tub there also. My hot tub is an Arctic Spa. It is an excellent lid. They have alot of sizes. I highly recommend it. Excellent quality.

I think there are online companies that sell covers, about 10 years ago I bought one (I think the ad was in the FFWD classifieds) Sent them the make and model and got it a few weeks later- Not this company but same idea...

Never seen this but might be worth looknig into:
https://inflatablehottubcovers.com/offer.html
Was going to get one for my dad, but he replaced his before I had a chance.
I think this is the Alberta distributor.
https://albertahottubcovers.com/ordering.html
Hopefully the technology is more advanced from their website.

That's one of the places I was looking at. Prices seems a little too good to be true though, so I can't decide if they are an inferior product, or just that the dealer here in Calgary is gouging on price.

Well timed post. My hot tub is old enough and I've fixed it enough times I'm sure a new cover will be the kiss of death, but it's time. Cheapo one it is.

Checked my purchase from this April. It was homedepot.ca not walmart.ca. All in delivered to my house was just under $400. Half of what quoted by Paradise. It was also the same manufacturer as the one they quoted me on.
Again, I highly recommend it.

Yeah, I just pulled this up. My hot tub is essentially a square but has rounded corners. I noticed that one pm the home depot site has completely square corners. Do you think that would make a difference?

For some reason I don't get the warm and fuzzies about this cover guy. Sure I like a deal, but when you are that much cheaper than everyone else, it really makes me wonder.

Most hot tubs have rounded corners. Mine does and the top fits perfect. You want there to be a couple inches over hang for a good seal and the square corners allow for that. You will be fine.

Both coverguy.com and albertahottubcovers.com posted earlier have basically the same prices.
I went with the latter as the vapor and thermal barrier add-ons were cheaper.

I think it was these guys in Olds that I used a few years back. Went well and wasn't that expansive (think in the 300s).

There's four places. There's the Hot Tub Hut, that's on third.
There's Tubs-R-Us, that's on third too. You got Put-Your-Tub-There.
That's on third. Soak Low, Sweet Tub-Land... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the Hot Tub complex on third.
