I don't know how these candidates keep healthy with all the campaigning they do.

I dont believe that for a second, or at least that it is the main problem.. Why would she stage a photo op while she was leaving her daughters appt with a small child if she has a severe contagious illness? Im sure her handlers know better than to have her out in public at all if it was pneumonia. And dehydration? Give me a break.

"Pneumonia" is something of a catch-all term for inflammation of the alveoli in the lung.

-Wikipedia.
So there are infectious and non-infectious forms of it.
The primary causal agent is Streptococcus pneumoniae which is a normal resident of the human respiratory tract, but can become pathogenic if the immune system of the host is suppressed in some way.

It's probably out of respect for her.
Trump is a very respectful person. He respects everyone.

Well, it's actually quite decent of him, which is why it's so out of character
... and therefore suspicious

Him and his team as it were are probably formulating their next attack using this latest episode as their example. I suspect he has been muzzled until they can think of the different angles.
No way he lets this slide though. They basically tossed her limp, corpse like husk into a handi-van. When the US is putting on their yearly display of solidarity against terrorism, and the next potential POTUS cannot hold herself up, it doesn't exactly project strength. I'm going to guess that will be Trumps take on it tomorrow.

He knows better than to do something like that on 9-11.
Lots of time to capitalize on this in the next couple of months.
And just think of all of the Trump-ophobes who will stumped by this.
