Bumping a really old thread instead of starting a new one.

I write this exam on Tuesday and was wondering if anyone who has written the new, computer based, exam has any tips or tricks for it.

It's long. I didn't see many tort questions at all. There was a lot of definitions or scenario then describe what terms it defines.

I think there were 7 other people writing with me, I was the second person to leave and I took 90% of the allowed time.

It's been over 20 years since I've written mine (and it wasn't online), but I don't believe the principles have changed much. ALL multiple choice answers are tricky in a sense that that they all look somewhat correct, so don't rush it. The correct answer is exactly from the book; sometimes, it's a single word that makes it correct. The good news, it's not a lot of material to cover, so if you studied the textbook, you'd do just fine. Good luck.
