Carolina offers PTO to Raffi Torres
ugh... just glad the Flames don't play the Canes in preseason.

Either Washington or Tampa should sign that Russian guy that was banned from the KHL a couple of weeks ago.
(both the Caps and Bolts play the Canes twice in preseason)

It blows my mind how some GMs are willing to sign players like this over and over again. Would your company hire someone who made a living off of beating the crap out of other people, was violent, attacked others and seemed to never learn his lesson? Then wtf goes through a GMs mind when re-signing a player like this? Frustrating how a repeatedly violent offender like this has a chance to earn millions of dollars yet again.
Common Ron Francis, you're better then this crap.

Touché. Seriously though it's just a matter of time until a situation exists on the ice where Torres sees a player in a vulnerable position and those eyes get really, really big and blank and like a possessed man he goes in for the kill shot. He's simply not wired right to play a contact sport as he's got that wild animal predatory instinct.
