Try wrong side of 35. Being 36 vs 31 as a NFL quarterback for everyone not name Tom Brady is a huge difference.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I think the team has improved on paper but it seems like every season teams that get hyped because of their offseason work (Dolphins last season for example) end up busting. I expect 8 - 9 wins but I have seen 11 out there being predicted in the media and I just don't know if they are ready to take that step.

Raiders will be better, but the hype is getting out of control. Could see them anywhere from 8-8 to 10-6

The AFC West draws both the AFC South, and the NFC South this year in terms of opponents. I think the NFC South outside of Carolina is still weak. The AFC South should be much improved, but at this point not a power house. Plus the Chargers might be awful again.

So for that reason the Bronco's, Chiefs, and Raiders might all be able to hit double digit wins.

Like anything health plays a huge factor here.

Oh I meant for Mack speficially

the media hype is worrisome at this point, coming in I was happy with 8 or 9 wins but now the Media basically has double digits or bust for what is still a very young team

I do think though they have what it akes where others didn't, the Dolphins or Eagles of a few years ago were all really FA based

Whereas the Raiders is more the last 3 drafts being so strong, with only a few FA signings coming in to fill gaps

and like Sylvan said above, the South in both conferences is really beatable, I could see the Broncos/Raiders/Chiefs all finishing with at least 4 wins of those 6 games

It's actually 8 games against those teams. So could be 5-6 wins right there. Add in 2 against San Diego and saw off the other guys in your Division and that's 9-10 wins.

I just noticed a real quirk in the Packers schedule.

They start the season with 2 road games. When they leave Minnesota after the September 18th game....they will not board a plane together as a team again until October 28th.

40 days at home in the middle of the season may be unprecedented.

Collin Kaepernick refused to stand for the National Anthem based on treatment of minorities. I think hes practicing to sit on the bench.

I took Dak for my dynasty team and dropped Osweiler in order to pick up Dak in my fantasy league for this year. I think that kid could be good.

I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses Black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder. ...

This is not something that I am going to run by anybody. I am not looking for approval. I have to stand up for people that are oppressed. ... If they take football away, my endorsements from me, I know that I stood up for what is right.

What an idiot. The flag stands for a hell of a lot more than that

I'll never understand why we play national anthems before sporting events anyway. But that's another topic.

Buttfumble did not take a snap tonight. Safe to say Denver saves 3.5M and a 7th rounder and cuts him by Tuesday?

Dallas is probably in the market for a backup QB. With Romo out, I think Prescott will be the starter and they need someone on the bench.
