I saw this mentioned elsewhere, but where has Chris Christie gone? He was everywhere for Trump for a while, but it seems he's been supplanted by Giuliani.

The candidate who is supported by Scott Baio, Antonio Sabato Jr. and Natalie Gulbis suggests the only celebrities who support Hillary are ones who are "not hot anymore". 9.5/10 troll there.

So here's Trump softening on immigration and adopting the Jeb Bush position on amnesty. But in Trumpland, because he's building a wall he's still totally different. I hope these people finally realize they've been had. Airs on Hannity tonight

Trump's been doing a con job from the start and he's still doing it. He's good though as he's sucked in half a nation with his bravado. I sometimes wonder if we've really advanced since Roman times. Who am I fooling, we haven't.

It's never been close to half. 10-15℅ have voted for him so far and maybe another 20-30℅ will vote for him by default.
how anyone can vote for this clown is just beyond me at this point. and boy do i really dislike clinton.
I always felt the unpopularity polls failed to grasp this. Dislike is not a binary thing. Clinton is hated by many and disliked by even more, but Trump just flat out disgusts and even scares people, and to a point where unlikely voters will get out to vote against him if the polls start suggesting he has a chance.
I don't see Clinton being hated with the same vitriol except among hardcore Republicans, who are voting anyway.
And if you clicked mine you'd see why that's still not relevant.
She sent three emails with partial markings that she did not know were classified. Comey himself said she didn't know. If you read the source material or what I posted you'll see how this perjury will not progress and wouldn't even be a point of discussion. I don't think you understand what is required for perjury.
This does not meet the criteria for perjury
Incompetence? Maybe. Perjury? Nope
It's becoming clear that there is no smoking gun.
My BIG issue with all of this is that the current POTUS and a former POTUS have both called HRC the most qualified nominee in US history, yet she is not smart enough to figure out setting up a private server at YOUR HOUSE demonstrates poor judgment. Voters should be wary of that.

Unfortunately the other choice is Trump.
i take your point, but she's also old. i've seen some brilliant old people rendered complete idiots upon encountering even the simplest but recent technology.

Context matters. We can discuss other things like competency or intent, but that's not the current issue. There's no perjury.
She never said "I never sent classified emails" under oath
No she didn't, but Mark Meadows is absolutely correct in concluding that a former SOS, US Senator, etc....should know that the partial markings indicated some level of classification.
This I can't wrap my head around. How Clinton "didn't know". That is such BS.

maybe, maybe not. but this particular lapse in judgment does not in and of itself negate all her accomplishments.

perhaps 'accomplishments' was the wrong word. Maybe i should have used 'resume'.
i have no desire to convince you that she merits election. my point was simply that the e-mail 'scandal' does not in and of itself invalidate her experience as it lacks the teeth some people think it has. it may be that her experience (beyond the e-mail thing) disqualifies her from being President, but that is a different point imo.

I'm glad I wasn't a sucker for all that "Trump is a racist" rhetoric. Cognitive dissonance is a bitch.

Heads are exploding at CNN as pundits try to define Trump’s repeated offers to help African-Americans as typical Hitler behavior. As my regular readers know, what we have here is a perfect trap for cognitive dissonance. The anti-Trumpers have created an identify for themselves – and in the media – as opposing Trump because he’s a racist. Then Trump goes and ruins their mental models by acting all non-racist.
This creates a situation in which the pundits either have to change their self-images and admit they were wrong about Trump all along, or they have to reinterpret Trump’s clearly non-racist actions as racist actions in disguise. Cognitive dissonance happens when people are unwilling or unable to modify their self-image to match the observed facts. In this case, to protect their self-images as wise pundits, they are forced to default to pretzel-like explanations of their reality.

I read it twice and I'm still not getting where you think this is some major rhetorical coup. Reads like an incoherent rant to me. Maybe all the cognitive dissonance is confusing him?
