Well...I guess you can project even MORE of a run focused offence in Tenn. ( Looks harder at Demarco Murray in Fantasy)

Does anyone use any NFL predictor sites that cost money to help win pools? For some reason after years have being mediocre I am thinking of trying something different. Just wondering if it would be worth it and if so which is the best out there.

I just an ESPN insider account, are they any good for that stuff?

Let's be honest though, the Titans have been making terrible moves all offseason, so it wouldn't exactly be a stunner if this one blew up in their faces.

EDIT: And yes, I realize the irony coming from a fan of a team that's paying Bradford $20M+ to start for them.

RGIII update (game 2):

Griffin, who was up and down over two series last week at Green Bay, threw as many deep touchdown passes (two) as he did incompletions. His quarterback rating was 154.2 after going 6-for-8 for 96 yards and two touchdowns. He added 36 yards on the ground, the bulk of which coming on a 22-yard designed run that preceded the Browns’ second touchdown of the night, a 29-yarder placed only where Pro Bowl tight end Gary Barnidge could nab it.

Griffin’s deep ball has been steady throughout training camp, and it was on target for a second straight week when he connected with Terrelle Pryor for a 50-yard touchdown pass. It’s clear Griffin has some solid chemistry with both Pryor and rookie
Corey Coleman when he looks to go long.

I hope Dak Prescott gets some playing time in the regular season this year. He has been pretty impressive in the pre-season and I would really like to see what he can do in an actual game. I picked him up in my dynasty league as a free agent after last week as a future qb.

Saints release CB Keenan Lewis. Sad, but dude just hasn't been able to shake the injury bug the past couple years. Word is Saints wanted to IR him with a hip injury, while he was still hoping to play this year. So this was the result.

Prescott definitely look good last night. His confidence and decision making looked strong. that said, I think its important to keep in mind he was playing against a preseason Dolphin defense.

I hope that he gets a couple of reps but this season I cant see him being more than a backup. Down the road who knows, hopes seem pretty high so far.

The NFL not allowing Mike Tirico to call the Thursday night NBC games. They want to have the same set up that CBS does for Sundays and Thursdays- the top two guys for each network do both days- so Michaels/Collinsworth and Nantz/Simms. Guess they think this will increase the popularity of Thursday games.

I like Tirico. I don't think Al Michaels is better than Tirico.

Bosa and the Chargers now going to the media with their grievances. Do chargers fans place more blame here on their cheap management or a diva player?

The player is a diva if the press release is to be believed

That frames it for the owners but I've read that it has to do with calendar year vs league year payments, guarantee against injury, and something else I can't remember. Allegedly standard stuff for top 10 picks that the Chargers refuse to budge on. But I'm certainly no contract expert.

yeah if those claims are true then that doesn't look good on Bosa. In contrast, I believe Bosas camp stated a while ago that the Chargers offers were in no way comparable to other recent #3 picks.

The big issue from what I've read is the bonus payment. Chargers want to spread it over 4 years, Bosa wants it all up front, which is apparently what all top picks get. Regardless Bosa has now made himself the most scrutinized player in this draft, and people will be itching to label him a bust ASAP. I actually think he has bust written all over him anyway, so this isn't going to help.

Is there some stipulation as Chargers GM where you have to be super stubborn and alienate your own players? Telesco picking up where AJ Smith left off

The uglier this gets the better as far as I'm concerned. I'd like to see more Ryan Leafs and Jamarcus Russels in the AFC West. I'm tired of the Chiefs being the team that picks busts in the first round. Everyone else can join in.

It's Spanos, the owner. He's one of the cheapest dink owners in the league. I'm pretty firmly in Bosa's corner on this one.
