EQ3 has a scratch & save sale on until August 5th.
Can save 10%, 15%, 25%, or 50%.
Sofa with chaise will put you around $1499 before discount, upholstered bed in queen will be around $799, but that's without a mattress.
All the upholstery is Canadian made and has a lifetime warranty on the frames, so paying a little extra for the sofa especially could be worth it.

Is this still on? you posted on Aug 19th that it was good until Aug 5th? Need some cost effective furniture for the kids play room, their couches might work!

^ I always thought untied was more of a lower price point kind of place relative to the Brick and Leon's.
I have bought stuff at all three places, and it has been fine and served it's purpose and lasted as I would have expected.

I'd say its generally good quality, and definitely a substantial cut above the "low cost" furniture from places like the Brick. I'd also say it's better than Ikea. I have a few friends that bought from Revolve recently and they are all very happy, and we are happy with our purchase. I don't think you would be unhappy with a purchase.

Most of these places are re-sellers. A lot of stores like Nordesign, Home revolution, revolve etc carries the different brands.
I would look into Stylus for a section. The pre-fab stuff is from China, but the custom stuff is from BC. http://www.stylussofas.com/
Other furniture company are ROWE, Four Hands, Gus* that makes some pretty solid stuff that will last a while.

Revolve carries a lot of different brands, so their stuff can range from kind of poor quality right up to heirloom stuff that will last forever.
They carry a lot of good designer recreation pieces too, so for example, if you're in love with an eames shell chair, but can't justify $500+, they have off-brand versions that are a little more reasonable.

I think you're going to have a tough time finding a cheap Murphy bed. There are a few different places around town I could suggest, but they're all pretty high-end.
