Yet a pair of synchronized divers from Brazil split up this week after one of them kicked the other out of their Olympic Village dorm room to engage in a “marathon sex session” on the eve of their competition, according to reports.

Giovanna Pedroso, 17, says she was forced to spend the whole night before her event wandering around outside her room while her partner, 20-year-old Ingrid Oliveira, got wet and wild with a male canoeist named Pedro Goncalves.

The long night for both teammates showed the next day at the Olympic diving pool. The women came in dead last in the 10-meter synchronized event, with a performance that reportedly drew laughs from the crowd.

The failure left Pedroso furious at Oliveira.

“I have been waiting for four years to be present at the Olympics,” she raged to Brazil’s O Globo newspaper. “And for her it was better to have fun and therefore threw me out of the room.”

Boomer just said right now there's a new story that security footage from the gas station shows Lochte and the swimmers fighting with security at the gas station and that they were so drunk they couldn't provide details about their robbers.

I'd heard previously that there were issues with the time they left France house, about 4am, and the time they arrived back at the village, about 6am. Except it should've been nor more than a 30 min drive.

Just the usual stuff. Lochte is backing off his "gun to the head" story. Still appears to be sticking with the "guys with badges" thing so it was robbers pretending to be police, allegedly.

Some of the US media I've read is hilarious. They are painting it as one giant Brazilian conspiracy to discredit the Americans for embarrassing them for telling the truth about the robbery, while a lot of international media seems convinced that the Lochte and his teammates are lying and were clearly up to no good. I can't blame the US media too much. Police/judges/gov officials/olympic officials are all totally corrupt and have shown they'll do just about anything to hide the truth about some of the violence and other crazy #### going on down there.

Brazilian's keep saying they can't find the taxi or witnesses. In a city that big, that hardly seems surprising to me.

One level headed article said that it is likely that the lack of english spoken by the brazilian police that lochte and his team spoke to could be a big part of the confusion on what happened.

Ryan Lochte and three of his U.S. Olympic swimming teammates fabricated the story about being robbed at gunpoint that became international news at the Rio de Janeiro Games, according to ABC.


Video shows the U.S. swimmer “breaking down” a bathroom door and “fighting” security at a gas station around the time the robbery allegedly occurred, per ABC News correspondent Matt Gutman.

A security guard drew a gun at the U.S. swimmers after they drunkenly “destroyed a gas station toilet and refused to pay for the damage,” according to the British Daily Mail, and the swimmers then paid.

Video obtained by the Daily Mail appeared to show the U.S. swimmers returning to the Olympic Village around 7 a.m. on Sunday — after the alleged robbery — carrying valuables and joking with each other.

He is so stupid. Those circumstances combined with him being drunk probably led to him believing they tried to rob him.

I'm amazed he's managed to survive this long.
