I know what you're saying, but you aren't exactly comparing apples-to-apples by showing me a home and a 3rd jersey there.

He's just demonstrating the change of the logo, I can post a picture of my two home reds that have different reebok logos for you if you want to see that they did swap it out.

Holy #### it was the only new one I had in my closet that wasn't a completely different team. It's not like Reebok is going to have one logo on the homes and on the 3rd.

I phoned the number and the lady that sells it mentions she just "happened" to see Evander Kane in a hotel, and he signed it for her. I'm sure she just "happened' to get other NHL stars, and entire teams to sign her jerseys just by chance.
She even gave me the address of her home. Isn't this illegal? I inquired about it on the non-emergency line, but the dispatcher just told me it's more of a "buyer beware" issue.

I wouldn't ruin her life over it, nothing will happen. No one will buy a jersey in that condition for that price.
The amount of people who have no idea they have fake jerseys is ridiculous. I can't authenticate the signatures, but there are plenty of opportunities to acquire autographs.
If you want to be a hero, report the people who are knowingly selling fakes on kijiji.

Didn't really provide the dispatcher with anything significant, and not trying to be a hero. Just bothers me in general that there are people out there who make a living defrauding other, more vulnerable people.
I'm pretty sure Evander Kane wouldn't just sign a jersey for free. In Winnipeg his agent/PR guy went around to numerous stores and restaurants offering them Kane's presence, in return for a substantial fee. In cases of sports stores, it would be Kane signed jerseys in exchange for a substantial fee. He was a real scumbag in Winnipeg, but that is coming to light in Buffalo.

It upsets me to see people purchase them thinking they are real. My guess is that she is one of the victims and is just trying to sell a jersey she got autographed

Not when she's selling thousands of dollars worth of fake merchandise:

Counterfeit NHL Jerseys
She sells jerseys on varagesale as well. I've spoken to her, she genuinely believes all of them are real.
It looks like Her fake inventory is still the same and hasn't sold anything, she's not doing this on a large scale.

If she is some avid collector who happens to believe all of them are real, why is she marking up the jerseys and selling them for profit?

You would have to ask her.
There's nothing wrong with selling something for a profit.
She does have real legitimate jerseys for sale too.

Maybe I shouldn't be so quick to judge, and give the seller the benefit of the doubt. It just looked really suspicious to me after evaluating the Kane jersey.

Reebok changed their logo from vector to word mark.

Well yeah and the fact that the back is so much smaller than the front. I don't even know how you'd wear a jersey with such a discrepancy. Maybe if you have the world's biggest barrel chest, but still, that looks extremely uncomfortable.

I'd say the bigger issue here is the terrible hardwood craftmanship in that house, with all the mismatched planks.
Flames replica jerseys probably all have minor changes year to year since the beginning with very very minor details. The pre-bandwagon 03-2004 red jerseys (authetics as well) were all Koho branded, with CCM on the whites. Come Round 2 when the red jerseys ran out and they had to do a second run, they all had CCM branding on them.
The fakes stand out embarrassingly, with incorrect lettering, weird size and spacing between lettering, but most egrigously, a terrible shade of neon-ish "police tape" yellow for the stripe, or for the outlines on the letter or logo.

Knock-off jerseys never have the grey size patch on the bottom of the jersey. Flames ones are official.

Reebok Premiers always have the grey size patch. They are not knock-off. See getbak's post above.
