Gonna post this now as I'm probably gonna get more drunk tonight to get over that basketball game.

The Women's Golf Tournament begins at 4:30! Canadian medal contender, and budding golf superstar Brooke Henderson tees off at 6:14. For those who don't follow golf Henderson has won 3 LPGA events, including beating Lydia Ko in a playoff at this year's Women's PGA Championship... Oh, and she's only 18! Alena Sharp also hopes to win a medal, teeing off at 7:25.

At 6:16 the Heats begin for the Men's Canoe Single 200m. Mark Oldershaw races for Canada in the second heat.

At 6:30 the first event of the Men's Decathlon, the 100m, is slated to begin. Damian Warner, who finished 5th in London and won a Pan Am Gold Medal last summer is a medal contender.

6:44 is the beginning of the Men's Kayak Double 200m Heats. Ryan Cochrane and Hughes Fournel race in Heat 2 for Canada.

The Women's Kayak Single 500m Heats begin at 6:58. Emilie Fournel, younger sister of fellow Olympian Hughes Fournel, races for Canada.

At 7 the Canadian Men's Volleyball Team faces Russia in the Quarterfinal.

At 7:05 the Qualifying Rounds begin for the Men's 5000m. Luc Bruchet runs for Canada in the first heat. Mohammed Ahmed runs in Heat 2.

At 7:40 Jasmine Mian faces an opponent from China in her first match in the Women's 48kg Freestyle Wrestling.

Also at 7:40 Michelle Fazzari wrestles in the Women's 58kg Freestyle.

At 7:55 the Qualifying Heats begin for the Women's 800m. Melissa Bishop, who won a Gold Medal at last year's Pan Am Games, and won Silver at the IAAF World Championships races in Heat 4.

At 8:04 Dori Yeats wrestles in the Women's 69kg Freestyle event. The 2015 Pan Am Gold Medalist, 2014 Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist, and 2014 Youth Olympic Games Gold Medalist looks to continue the trend of winning gold. She also won Gold at the 2015 UWW World Championships.

At 8:55 Matthew Hughes runs in the final of the Men's 3000m Steeplechase.

At 11:30 Spain and France play each other in the quarterfinal of the Men's Basketball in what should be an entertaining game.

Tory Nyhaug, 2015 Pan Am Gold Medalist races for Canada in the seeding run of the Men's BMX at 11:34.

At 19:00 the Semifinals of the Men's 200m begin. Aaron Brown runs in Heat 1. In Heat 2 Andre De Grasse runs in Lane 5, Usain Bolt will be next to him in Lane 4.

At 19:55 the final for the Women's 100m hurdles begins.

That's a great start. At the world Championship 100m Eaton finished ahead of Warner. Also good to see a poor time from the German.

Men's volleyball team falls to Russia in straight sets. They've been a blast to watch! I'm sure there are a few more volleyball fans out there.

Henderson started with a bogey and a double bogey on the first 4 holes.

She has since gone eagle, birdie, par, birdie to get to one under

Just canned about a 30 footer - the kid has ice in her veins

Warner is in second, close behind Eaton after the long jump (2 events done, 8 to go).

Our horses are in contention for a medal in the team jumping, but still a long way to go there.
