11ks through 6 innings with 0 walks. The Jays are just horrendous unless they can hit a home run. These are little league caliber at bats.

Or, the pitcher is effective.
No, that means something would be positive. Couldn't be.

Every pitcher is effective against the Jays over the past month and they are damn lucky to still be winning games. The Jays are not good at fundamental baseball. There's about two guys on the entire roster capable of hitting the ball to the opposite field. When pitchers actually pitch to the Jays instead of trying to blow a fastball by them, they are in Trouble.
You call it good pitching all you want, I'll call it terrible at bats. This team has 4 automatic outs in its lineup today. You can't score runs with that with a guy whose keep the ball down and outside.
They had ZERO walks against a rookie. Let me repeat that, ZERO walks. That's pathetic.

I'd take a frighten based on balls. As much as I bitch about Jose, man does the roster take a step backwards when he is out of it.

4 automatic outs and yet one has a double. What about the other 5 hitters?
Give credit where credit is due.

Saunders has been absolute garbage since the all-star game.
Like I said all season long, that start was a complete fluke and the real Saunders would show his face. It's about time people around here admitted how right I was after all the #### I took on here from people for that.
I think he's got 2 home runs since the middle Of July and his batting average has fell off the cliff. I think he's at .262 now.

C'mon Jays, get some runs here.
Ridiculous.
Red Sox already won today too.

Smoak must have the best agent in baseball. Why did we feel we had to sign him mid season
ESPN rated him the Jays most overrated player, and started the blurb with " Not that he's rated that high to begin with ...."

Smoak is 0-28 with RISP since June 28th according to the Jays broadcast.

See man you don't get it. Most people knew he would regress to his mean but that didn't mean he didn't have a great first half or hit some career highs. It isn't about right. In fact what is aggravating is that you seemingly would rather be right than be wrong even if the latter is better for the Jays.
No one is interested in keeping score of how right or wrong people are on a sports forum. It's the constant negativity that people object to

It still baffles me. Even if Edwin doesn't re-sign Smoak is easily replaceable.

Anyone who says that I'm ridiculous for calling Saunders an automatic out has not been watching the Jays at all. I'm done taking #### from these drive by posters that post nothing of any substance about baseball. If you don't agree with me fine, but provide some goddamn facts as to why Saunders isn't an automatic out and why I'm wrong.
The only time he's done anything since the all-star game is when I've crapped all over him, which odly enough has failed me for the first time tonight.

Drive by posters?
You're the perfect example of a drive by poster who's car is unfortunately stuck in park.
