What do you guys with the slim or no wallets do for loose change? I've always had a wallet with a change pocket.

Into the truck ashtray or into the kid's piggy bank when I get home. Change is the #1 reason why I rarely use cash. The Visa does everything. Even a slurpee or a pack of gum.

Change pocket? Every pair of pants come with at least 2 for free.

I let it accumulate in my pocket until it's big enough to swing around and hit me in the crotch. Then I drop to my knees and puke on the floor.

Yah I have a bin at home I throw it in.

But as stated earlier I pay for everything almost exclusively on the visa.

You buy a pack of gum on Visa? Isn't there a crazy service charge for that?

I always feel bad when I have no cash and just need a coffee, so I end up buying at least $10 worth of crap.

You should probably look into how a credit card works.

IDGAF. Not my problem. I do know in the States it's pretty common to charge a quarter or something if you only buy a bag of ice. They don't do it here, and I take full advantage.

It's essentially 2 credit card sized pieces of polycarbonate/aluminum/whatever held together by two stretchy straps. It's rfid proof and has an extra loop for cash/receipts

Edit: my sarcasm meter is broken as I'm viewing on Tapatalk and the Lucie looked normal sized

It's probably safe to look at wallets like you do at shoes.

... however, I just use a 3 card holder now because I want the thinness
Their prices keep creeping, and they keep adding new high-end leathers, but use these two guys - the dogleg when I am wearing a suit, and the bi-fold when I am wearing jeans.

They are beautiful, and are nigh indestructible. My card-holder has help up for around 8 years, and looks excellent. The bi-fold for around 5.

Bonus: I don't look like a child when I bring out whatever weird velcro or multi-tool wallet some of you guys are holding.

My wife and I utilize the grandma method of saving, and just add our loose change to a jar until we can afford to go get drunk on what is in there.

Change can barely buy anything anymore. It's just deadweight in wallets or pockets. Whenever I get change, I take it home and put it into a change sorter and when I have enough, I spend it all at thrift shops or throw them into the change slot of self-checkout tills during quiet times (so a cashier doesn't have to deal with counting).

Pennies (gone), nickels and dimes were often given away/donated. Quarters, loonies and toonies into the car and used at wand wash. Or I use it immediately to purchase a coffee or something so I'm just rid of it.

I bet my daughter has enough money to get me blackout drunk with all the toonies and loonies I've dropped in her piggy bank.

I'm the same way. I literally buy everything on a credit card even if it's a $1.50 drink from Timmies.

It may be only a few cents rewards but it adds up and it's free money so why not? Also helps you track your spending a lot better.

The only places I see those small credit card fees are Chinese restaurants.
