CuJo came from Phoenix, not from St Louis. In fact he hadn't been in St Loo for about 11 years at that point.

Turek wasnt terrible, he was just an Enigma.

He was good for a while so we paid him. Then he was bad.

What does that have to do with FDW and his Joseph comment? I know Turek came from St Louis.

It was a blip way back in the day before Toronto signed Cujo. In the old CBA there was a provision that if a have not team lost a player then they would be compensated. So teams that knew they were going to lose a player traded them to the Flames or Oilers for a late pick. The Have not team would be compensated by the NHL with a higher pick (I think it was a second round pick for Cujo).

Nvm...he came from Toronto before signing with Detroit when that happened.

But they're behind him.

The hose should be replaced with mcdavids neck and the pile should be replaced with the rest of the oilers tripling over each other.

Naw, simple photoshops are the best, it gets a really hilarious connection across. They start to look goofy when people start adding every single thing they can think of.

Wth the whole Moose nickname I really hope the Dome faithful do not start a "MOOOOOSE" chant every time he touches the puck. I hated on the Luuuu chants so much that I hope our fanbase doesn't follow suit with Elliott

Easy chant to match the PhotoShop.

"Eddie, Eddie, Eddie!!!"

Why? He embraces it. His teammates embrace it.

"Moose, we call him Moose," said Brouwer emphatically, when asked about his former Blues and now Flames teammate. "I'll say that right now, we can carry that over here."
Why shouldn't the fanbase embrace it as well?

We can embrace the nickname without a dumb chant.

I'm going to guess because people don't like the fact that the Canucks actually started something popular. I, for one, care very little one way or the other. Gun to my head, I'd say I enjoy the cheers/chants more than I dislike them.

Wow, you guys sure know how to build atmosphere.

No no, you're all right. It's best that we all just sit quietly and produce a polite golf clap after every play. Well done. Way to suck the fun out of everything.
