It's really disappointing to see how reddit reacted to this AMA. They completely manipulated the results and made it not appear on r/all. This AMA should have been number 1 for a few hours, but instead it isn't even on the front page.

I don't agree with Trump, but deliberate censorship (one of the things the right accuses the "regressive left" of doing) is only going to further entrench people in their beliefs that Donald Trump is right for the US.

Not a meaningful one, no. A silly, pedantic distinction, yes. But honestly someone who hates a person because he is Muslim is not different from someone who hates the same person for being black. It's a distinction without a difference.

Don't know exactly what happened, but the Reddit front page has been awful lately. The Post AMA thread is on top right now though.

As much as there remains division in the Democratic party--I'm pretty sure no one can bring themselves to boo Michelle Obama or Joe Biden.

I'm going to miss Biden. He just seems so genuine. He's not polished the way other speakers are, but his sincerity and passion make him so likable.
