I heard Cross Irons is pretty good for pokemon huting. Also if anyone cares the Sherwood Gazebo is a eevee farm but you gotta be careful because there are some grouchy older people that will kick you out.

Using airplane mode to fix location accuracy issues seems to help.

There are GPS hacks to, people are playing from their desk at work but are actually at Central Park in New York in game farming all the pokestops.

I'll have to look into the Eevees.

Per the map, Cross Iron has 20 pokestops and 3 gyms. That's pretty good concentration.

I've found a new game within this game that is keeping me entertained. It's called troll the interns. "Hey buddy, I just saw a squirtle spawn at the other end of the floor". They go running every time.

I hate how there are so many kinds of pokemon and I get the same 3 all day. Drowzee, Zubat, and Pidgey.

Does the rustling grass on the radar mean anything? As in, you'll see some leave or grass or something pop up. I thought it might be where a Pokemon was hiding but I walked right on top of it and nothing happened.

That's usually an indication of where they should be but I find it doesn't work anymore along with the 3 steps. Everything shows 3 steps which is a bug that they have to fix.

Uninstalled it. I want to like it, I really do but I just don't see the fun in it. Will definitely reinstall once they add battling between friends and stuff but they better do that soon to capitalize on the hype as I'm sure this fad won't last that long.

That is pretty much exactly what I said last week, I uninstalled it as well.

Then this last weekend, I installed it again and went out with some friends. Now I'm hooked!

If they can get it to the same level as the Red and Blue original game boy games with all the same aspects (besides Team Rocket I guess) then it'll be the coolest thing ever.

I have walked 2km to find this fataing Hypno that is around my work and I can't find the thing.

I have nothing else useful to add to the conversation other then I think I hate hypno's more then pidgey's' now.

And dammit, my kid got me addicted to this game. I wasn't into Pokemon when I was kid. Now I'm walking 2km on my lunch to catch these things.

Looking around for pokemon on the radar is futile until they fix it

Stephen Ave has been good today. Only checked it a few times and got that same 500 Seaking and a 650 Porygon who I've read is quite rare

I expect this to lose a lot of the hype, the app needs some work, but ill be in it for the long haul. Can never get enough Pokemon

If you are going to buy a battery pack, buy one with "quick charge" vs a regular battery pack. It will charge faster and thus is easier to share with others if you're using it amongst several phones.

I believe trading and battling were disabled on purpose due to concerns about server issues due to initial hype. I hope to see it in an update in a few weeks or so.

Shaking leaves I believe does not mean a pokemon is there. I believe it means it is a spawn point. If you see them in an area, it often means you can just hang out in the area and a pokemon should show up in a little bit. This could change when they fix the 3 step bug.
