Those guys are all pretty close, IMO. Really, it's all a matter of preference at this point.
Oh for sure, I am far from an expert, just like to give my opinion and I like to talk hockey.

I would say after Tkachuk it is pretty much a crap shoot on what any of these players are going to become.

It's always hard to say how euro players will translate. But Pribyl does have a much higher ceiling than Spoon. The counter to that is Spoon has a higher floor, given that he's already shown capable of stepping on the bottom pairing and not being out of place.

Voted Pribyl.

Highest remotely possible impact of Pribyl is career 1st line winger. Wotherspoon most likely will be a bottom pairing / bubble defenseman.

(Plus I think calling mid-6 wingers "dime a dozen" is silly, considering how much you have to pay for good mid 6 wingers as UFA's (4M+) and how hard they are to develop. (Currently the 2 guys we have, Bouma and Ferland, are both going to need a bounceback year.)
I think Wotherspoon is more likely to be a top 4 dman than Pribyl is to become a 1st line winger. Top 4 dmen are more valuable commodities than 2nd line forwards. Pribyl is nowhere near guaranteed to become an NHLer whereas Worherspoon has looked like a capable NHLer in several years. Wotherspoon is the safer bet and closer to the NHL. Upside is similar IMO.

Pribyl is a massive question mark. I'm surprised so many are sold on him without him having played any NA games. I'm not sure he'd make my top 15. Maybe I'm underrating him. But I think some are underrating players like Kulak, Pollack, McDonald and Parsons

Is anyone still hopeful that Klimchuk could be an NHLer?

As to the topic at hand. I don't think Wotherspoon has the skill, smarts or speed to be a legit NHLer. Maybe an alright #6/#7 in a pinch. Which doesn't excite me all that much.

So I choose mystery box.

He's already that - at 22, and with a coach that didn't like him and a system that didn't suit him.

I'll take the over moving forward

I disagree, but well argumented.

Yea I'm not really denying that Pribyl is a question mark. I guess the I just don't see that as such a huge difference when compared to the rest of the guys left on the list. Bust rate for goalies is huge and tons of defensemen play a few games, look okay but never manage to grab a regular spot.

(Kulak was an option for me. I'm not sold on Wotherspoon having a good chance of being more than a 3rd pairing guy.)

I would even have Kulak and Culkin added to this list before Pribyl. I might agree with people's "momentum" votes. Right now HF Flames poll is more accurate in terms of scouting than these ones. Pribyl out of the Czech league is just such a stretch. While it's true he could be a "Panarin", you could make those same silly arguments to other prospects. Hell, Wotherspoon might go to the KHL next year and be the next Giordano, but in all likelihood that's not going to be the case, just like Pribyl is not going going to be Panarin.

Both guys are a fair ways down the list for me.

Wotherspoon has a limited ceiling and I am not convinced he is even a 5/6/7 NHL D.

Pribyl is a complete unknown, with the history being low league imports not generally having NHL success. Sure he could be the next (insert name here) but chances are strongly against that.

That said, it's wide open at this point so there isn't a wrong vote. I just personally don't love either guy.

But of the two I pick Wotherspoon. At least he has shown he can play in the NHL in limited call up capacity.

Here is HF's list so far:

Tkachuk
Gillies
Jankowski
Kylington
Shinkaruk
Anderson
Poirier
Hickey
Mangiapane
Klimchuk
Kulak

So the exact same top 9, with only minor differences in order.

The only real difference comes at 10 and 11 where HF preferred Klimchuk and Kulak, and CP has favoured Wotherspoon and Pribyl.

OMG!!! They are doing a way better job!!
