but primaries had too many people, one on one has easier rules to manage

Why would he all of a sudden start following the rules. He will continue to talk over people because he likes doing it. To him, being louder makes him right.
Be very interesting to see how a debate moderator will deal with him.

He's already a loud arrogant bully, he doesn't have anything to lose by continuing to talk over her. All a moderator can do is cut his mic, at which point he can still just yell about how the media is so biased against him. Better for him than actually trying to debate and being made to look like the ignoramus he clearly is.
