The hysterical laughing from Boomer was great in that segment.

Yeah, sounds like it's real for sure.
Hahaha, and the best part is Friedman had the inside scoop on this as well about a month ago.

The morning show is good this week. Take a listen for the rest of the week if youve been tuned out for a while. I dont listen much anymore but have left the dial on 960.

Hmm, maybe I'll have to tune in more. I listen almost every day to the morning show, but in the summer I find it generally takes a step back so I don't listen as regularly. No Warrener, and Boomer & Pinder pretty much take turns going on vacation the whole time. Pinder just been in the zone this week?

it's the dog days of sports radio for me. I mean, i'm a jays 'fan' but more a bandwaggoner. I just can't listen to baseball talk for hours on end, which is what morning sports radio is during this time of year.
any hockey talk, and i'm all ears. so that darren hayes podcast was awesome to listen to at the gym yesterday.

I find the guys in the morning think they are hilarious or something but I very rarely laugh at anything they say or do. When they constantly play the same clip over and over drives me crazy.

I think they really overuse this as well, and it must be a lot funnier for them than it is for listeners. did they pick that up from Jim Rome or something?

Baseball central at noon is just ridiculous, I'd rather listen to the third hour of Jim Rome.
I find myself listening to audiobooks and podcasts more and more when driving.

They do overuse stuff, but I'm down with the clips they use, so I'm on board. I can tell Pinder is more or less my age (think he's got 3 years on me), because to me the Pinder Report references are always on point.
EDIT: That said, some of Boomer's artist of the day choices are just painful. Dude sure likes his "old man music". A whole week of James Taylor, what the heck was that?!

I stopped listening to all local shows on 960 - I only tune in when the CBS talent is on.
Even for Rome, I listen to all 3 hours online because I don't want to contribute to 960s ratings.

That seems petty.
