Portugal led for 76 minutes the entire tournament. Unreal stat.

I wasnt going to be happy however this game ended so I'm pretty indifferent about it, but this tournament still needs some major changes.

In a sense though, you have to appreciate the irony that the team that lost to Greece in 2004 by playing attacking football just won the same tournament almost exactly the same way the Greeks did. They hung around, clogged the box and hoped for a miracle.

Another victory for anti-football. Like life, this sport often is not fair, and the undeserving often win. Whatever, hopefully now Ronaldo retires and I never have to see his antics again. Unbelievable player, great talent, but a crybaby who always has to be the centre of attention.

And France were rubbish. Pogba a holding midfielder? They should have stepped on the accelerator when Ronaldo went off.

Oh, I agree, there was no adventure but thats because this tournament has rewarded anti-football at every turn and as such no teams took risks.

Euro 2016: A Cagey Affair.

Ha! And I'm one of the crazy people who said that Portugal could be a better, more dynamic team without him as a central focal point.

Madness amirite?

The group stage ok but once it gets to the 16s its just like any other tournament. Survive and advance.
