Maybe Gelinas will come out of retirement and play for us again. I have to go there to poke fun at some of the other guys.Like mayweather, Ray Allen and Brock Lesnar.

Treliving and Gelinas were over talking a few rows over from me this morning. Didn't hear anything, but I wonder if they were discussing potential fits for Gelly elsewhere in the organization.

Really liking how management is structuring the coaching.

HC - Glen Gulutzan
AC (PK, Defence) - Paul Jerrard
AC (PP, Forwards) - Dave Cameron & Martin Gelinas
AC (Goaltending) - Jordan Sigalet
AC (Video Analysis) - Jamie Pringle

More than likely that was exactly what they were talking about.

Ottawa had the 5th worst PP in the league (even worse than ours). Hopefully Cameron wasn't a big part of it.

Pretty sure a lot of people work at jobs where they "report" to five managers. In reality, they report to a manager, who reports to a director or GM, who reports to a regional manager or VP, and so on. It can be chaos if you get conflicting direction or inconsistent communication. In a small dressing room, I don't see it being a problem.

FWIW his junior PP was usually pretty good.

I can confirm that both coaches are assistant coaches. Neither are associates.

When Cameron was an assistant in Ottawa, the Sens were

T8th (49) in PPG (2011-12)
T20th (25) in PPG (2013)
T7th (50) in PPG (2013-14)

I'm not sure if he was the PP coach but those aren't terrible results.

seriously WTF do you know
We know what their record as a coach was. Really, is it any different than people saying they're not happy signing a certain UFA, or drafting a certain player? We as fans can only use what we have access to in order to form an opinion. The opinion can turn out totally wrong, but we're still entitled to form one if we choose, are we not?

You see Calgary. 5 coaches in the box with all the players. It will be like your c-train in rush hour. We will be second best. This is why we need CalgaryNext. It will have the largest player boxes in the league.

Not Ken King.

Who ran the forwards for Ottawa while Cameron was HC?

Alex Chiasson was grossly mis-used and I really hope that isn't on Cameron a whole lot.

Not that I am overly concerned about Chiasson, but I'm more worried about other guys getting mis-used.

I like what management has done here though. Also, how was Jerrard in Utica? How was their defence while he was there?

I think he was referencing a player not liking a certain coach.
