These are multi multi million dollar deals, I doubt they're impressed by some mayor.

I just can't wait be inundated with terrible hockey-themed Canadian Tire commercials. Toronto gets Stamkos, and the rest of Canada has to pay for it.

$8.5M in Tampa is = $10.5M in Toronto (due to taxes). My guess is that he makes up those $2M+ with a C-Tire endorsement deal (Plus others) that he cannot get in Florida. Makes sense, right?
