Now, on GoT, we find out that Sean Bean's character spent his life protecting her character's secret.

Really though, there's no way that little kid isn't a crispy little remnant right now right? He had to run out of those tunnels and then quite a distance away in the time it took Lancel to crawl 20 meters.

The kids are the little birds. Varys was referred to as a (the?) spider when he was the Master of Whisperers

It looked like only about a city block went down. He could have easily ran away and exited up some manhole to the surface. He also could have entered a safe room or shelter.
