Like the DD pick, more speedy skilled types with an aggressive playstyle is great to fill out your organizational depth. Could potentially fit into a variety of different roles. His size is not so small as to be limiting either.

Yes, which isn't really surprising considering that Arizona got the 53rd pick as compensation for not signing him. If a team thought they'd pick him before that point, they would have offered something better to trade for him.
