[Trade] Flames acquire G Brian Elliott for 35th OA & conditional 2018 3rd

This is the goalie solution I was hoping for. Elliott has great stats, is cap friendly, 31 years old with a big chip on his shoulder to show that the Blues mishandled him, and knows the Western Conference shooters well!

Allen is just as good as Elliott, IMO, but 6 years younger. Blues also have two very good young goalies that they are very high on
