Issues with MS Outlook
I'm using MS Outlook for a work project and I can't seem to delete messages from my inbox. I press the red "X" beside the message but nothing happens.
I also don't seem to have a "Sent" folder.
Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?

I'd run this on it first. Are you on an Exchange server? How old is your PST file?

I just downloaded Outlook a few weeks ago so the files aren't that old.

I'd try the repair tool then.

Okay so the repair tool was not on my computer and had to download it. Its asking me to locate the Outlook folder I want to repair, no idea where that is...

search your computer for *.ost or *.pst files. It will probably be in your user directory somewhere, if you didn't specify an alternate location.
