[Trade] Sharks acquire Letunov and 2017 6th from Coyotes for 2016 4th and 2017 3rd

Trade: The #coyotes send prospect Maxim Letunov and a 2017 sixth-rounder to San Jose for 2016 fourth-rounder and 2017 third-rounder.

The 2017 3rd is the pick the Sharks got from trading the rights to Dylan Sadowy to Detroit. From their perspective they get Letunov for a 4th and Sadowy.

Letunov is a 2014 2nd round pick of the blues who the Coyotes acquired in the Michalek trade.

Letunov is an interesting prospect. Big lanky C with all sorts of skill but IIRC he came into his draft year like 6'3" and 160 .. needs a ton of development but did well in the ushl. Could be a steal for SJ here.

Had a really good first year in the NCAA too.

Same team as Tage Thompson and led the team in scoring with over a point per game.
