Carlyle used one of the moving chairs you see on tv that attach to your stairs.

Man, I don't think Reierden s going to sign on here as an asst. But that'd be a dream team of smart young coaches if they could get him.

Exactly. Hard, fast hockey as a 5 man connected unit.

You play this way, and you play with the puck - and become a possession team.
It doesn't work the other way around - playing a 'possession game'.

I like what he says a lot

Apparently the talk around the league is the Flames D. A lot of D. And very offensive D. Gulutzan loves the Flames D.

I wonder how they'll get Bollig to play this way?

Well, I liked what I heard.

He seems to approach things the same way Treliving does, so I can see why he was hired.

One of the youngest GMs in the league. One of the youngest coaches in the league. One of the youngest rosters in the league.

Can't wait.

My first thought was he looked like an older Kevin Connolly.

Spoiler!

Would love to steal Paul Maclean as an assistant out of Anaheim.

Greg Cronin of the Islanders would also be a good option.

Sounds like there was tension with Hartley and Bennett. Some weird questions asked about it. Says he wants to put Bennett with players that can help "carry the weight" on a line.
