Fleury still has 3 more seasons at close to 6 million. I honestly think we could sign Reimer for cheaper and possibly less or equal term and not have to give anything up. Reimer might be a bit more risk but I think he has more potential upside as well. Not a big Fleury fan. If Reimer doesn't work out and the cost is too high for other tenders then I'd maybe look at Fleury as a last resort.

Probably a good idea.

I'm not really one to police the forum, but there does seem to be a lot of "quantity over quality" threads here these days and the vast majority of them to be started by newcomers. I think a waiting period on this forum wouldn't hurt, so new members can get into the flow of CP before to see how things tend to run around here. So many join and just blow their load in the first few days/weeks, and then get (usually rightfully) piled on.
I wouldn't mind something like this:
New members: Allowed to make up to 5 posts a day in existing threads.
1 month on forum: Allowed to start a new thread.
1 year (and meet certain post count) on forum: Allowed to make a poll.
5 years: Allowed to call mods CDC-paste eating trolls.

You should restrict yourself to about one post per day. You're not a terrible poster overall, but it's almost impossible to ignore you due to the sheer volume. It's like constantly being poked by the snotty kid.

Would definitely prefer this not to happen. Most other forums I visit have the option to create a poll and it's nice to have. Personally if it becomes a massive issue talk to the few causing an issue, or as you said, people can just stay out of the thread. Pretty obvious there's a poll in there.
